夏休み、計画的な勉強ができていますか？学校がある日より自由な時間が増え、なんとなくダラダラ過ごしてしまったりしていませんか？学校がある日は強制的に家を出なければならず、やることが与えられ、嫌でも勉強しないといけない環境でした。それが無くなると自分を強制するものが無くなり、やらなければいけないと分かっていてもやらされないからやらない、という自分を突き動かすものに欠けてしまいます。そのために大事なことをお伝えします。
勉強効率を上げるために必要なことは
始める前に何をどこまでやるか決めること
です。計画を立てることの重要性は再三お伝えしましたが、ここでもそれに尽きます。元々夏休みに入る前に、夏休みの勉強計画を立てて取り組めている人は集中して効率よく勉強ができているはずです。何時から何時まで勉強するか、そして何をどこまでやるかしっかり決めてから勉強を始めると、終わりが分かっているのでそこまで頑張ろうという目的意識が働きます。時間もやることも決めずに始めてしまうとダラダラと勉強し、無駄な時間だけが過ぎ勉強した気になる。そして結果に繋がらず勉強自体を諦めてしまうという負の連鎖に繋がります。『こんなにやったのにできない』や『やってもどうせ意味ない』といった言い訳は効率の良い勉強ができていない自分への言い訳です。今一度自分の勉強スタイルを見直しましょう。
