勉強時間の増やし方のコツ
こんにちは！川口市の学習塾【個別指導塾KCE】の樫田です。
冬休みが始まり、受験生にとっては受験前最後の長期休暇となります。この2週間頑張って勉強することで受験結果に大きな影響を与えます。受験直前の1、2月は実際の入試問題に挑戦しながら点数を取るための勉強をしていく期間です。難解な入試問題に対して知識が足りない状況では到底太刀打ちできません。この冬休み中に基礎力を上げ、入試問題に立ち向かう体力を付けましょう。そのために必要なのが勉強時間。勉強しなければいけないことは分かっていても長い時間勉強できない、そんな人のためのおすすめの勉強時間の増やし方を2つ紹介します。
①置き換え勉強法
勉強をしていない人は、その分別の事をしているはずです。一日の自分の行動を紙に書き出して振り返ってみましょう。その中で勉強に置き換えられる時間を探します。スマホをいじる時間、テレビを見ている時間、友達と遊んでいる時間…その他細かい時間を考えればかなりの時間勉強以外に費やしていることが分かるはずです。それら一つ一つを勉強に置き換えましょう。これだけで相当な時間の勉強時間を確保できます。いきなり全てを勉強に置き換えることは難しいと思いますので、一つずつ勉強に置き換えて勉強時間を増やしていきましょう。
②具体的なゴールを決める
何時まで勉強するのか決め、やり切った後にはこれをする、と自分へのご褒美を予め決めておくことで「そこまで頑張ればご褒美がある」というゴールが見えるので辛い勉強にも立ち向かえるようになります。もちろん最終的なゴールである『受験合格』のことも意識しましょう。受験に合格し、卒業旅行にここに行く、高校生になったらこれをするなど、自分のテンションが上がる楽しいことをたくさん妄想してください。「そのために今頑張る。頑張ればそこにたどり着ける」と思えば、頑張ったら頑張っただけ達成後の幸福感が増します。先に辛い思いをした人が後に楽をするのは何事においても言えることです。中学生というこれから大人になる今からそのことを心に刻み、頑張る自分がカッコイイと思えるようになりましょう。
