1日何時間勉強したら成績が上がるの？
こんにちは！川口市の学習塾【個別指導塾KCE】の樫田です。
皆さんは1日に何時間くらい勉強していますか？全く勉強もしない日もあれば、テスト前にたくさん勉強した日もあるように、日によってバラつきがありますが、いったい1日に何時間勉強すれば成績が上がるのでしょうか？
まず初めに間違えないでおいてもらいたいのが、
勉強時間が長ければいいということではない
ということです。成績を上げるためには下記の3つの要素が必要です。
①やる気
②やり方
③やる量
これらの3つは掛け算で、どれかが0だと結果は0（成績が上がらない）となります。
いくら机に向かって教科書を開いていても、やる気がなくぼーっとしていたり、テレビを見ながら、スマホを見ながらなど勉強に集中できないやり方をしていては結果は出ません。全部があって初めて結果が出ます。同時に、全部を完璧にこなすと成績の上がり方は倍増していきます。
この3つの要素の1つのやる量にあたるのが勉強時間なので、もちろん長い方が結果には繋がりますが、やる気が無くなるほど長い時間やったり、時間だけがかかる効率の悪いやり方をするのではなく、
時間を決めて、集中できる環境で、集中できる時間やる
ことが大事です。なので人によって時間は異なります。また、志望校のレベルによっても必要な時間は変わってきます。ですが、まずは5分でも10分でも、自分が集中してできる時間を決めて、必ず毎日やりましょう。千里の道も一歩から、塵も積もれば山となる、これを地で行くのが受験勉強なのです。
