夏休み明け最初にやらなければいけないこと
こんにちは！川口市の学習塾【個別指導塾KCE】の樫田です。
二学期が始まり、学校と部活と習い事の日々が戻ってきます。長い休み明けは勉強のスイッチが入らずダラけがち。このスタートの遅さが中間、期末に大きく影響していきます。分かっていても体が思うように動かない…その原因を解決するために、夏休み明けにしなければならないことをお伝えします。
夏休み中と夏休み後で一番変わってしまっていることは、生活リズムです。まずは学校に通う生活リズムの調整から始めましょう。
夏休み中遅くまで起きていたりお昼前まで寝ていた方は、突然の早起きに身体が付いていけず、ダルさを覚えます。まずは一学期にやっていた早寝早起きの習慣を一日でも早く取り戻しましょう。勉強の三大要素、やる気は健康的に過ごせていなければ上げることは出来ません。
生活リズムを整えた後は、10月のテストに向けた勉強リズムの調整です。
テスト前だけ勉強すればいい、という考え方が論外であることはこれまでのブログで採算伝えてきています。次のテストまでは常にテスト前。中間テストを目標に据えた勉強計画を立て、毎日コツコツと勉強する習慣を取り戻しましょう。夏休みから実践できている方は、学校や部活との兼ね合いを考え、自分の勉強時間を練り直しましょう。
