「でも」「だって」を辞める
こんにちは！川口市の学習塾【個別指導塾KCE】の樫田です。
悲しい事実をお伝えします。
両親や先生から「勉強をしなさい」と言われ、「分かりました！」と素直に答えて勉強する生徒はほとんどいません。
生徒はことあるごとに「でも…」「だって…」と勉強をやらない理由を並べます。
この時点で「勉強をしなさい」という言葉に何の効力もないことが分かります。
勉強に取り組む上で変えなければいけないのは
考え方
です。中高生は思春期も重なり、「自分が正しい」「自分のやり方でやりたい」という自我が強く出てしまいます。
それが勉強の邪魔になり、成績が上がらない ⇒ 授業についていけない ⇒ 勉強がつまらないという負の連鎖を引き起こし、
「自分はどうせできない」
と、やってもいないのに自分の能力を決めてしまいます。それも元々できなかったかのように。
勉強をするのは何故か、その先に何があるのか根本的な考え方を変えないと、「勉強をしなければ」という気づきを得られません。
勉強をしなれければいけないことに気づいた生徒は何も言わなくても自分で勉強をし始め、成績は上がります。
まずは、勉強をしない理由を見つけて「でも」「だって」と言うクセを辞めましょう。
