最強の自宅勉強術
こんにちは！川口市の学習塾【個別指導塾KCE】の樫田です。
自宅で勉強に集中できないという方は多いと思います。そのため塾に行ったり図書館に行ったり友達の家に行ったりと環境を変えて勉強しているかと思います。ですが、自宅でしかできない最強勉強術を身に付ければどこで勉強するよりも効率的に暗記できることをご存じでしょうか。今日はそんな自宅勉強術についてお伝えします。
再三お伝えしているように、テストや入試は記憶力、つまり暗記しているかどうかをはかるテストです。ワークやプリントの問題、答えを丸暗記すると点数が取れるという非常にシンプルな仕組みになっているため、暗記に全力を尽くすことで成績は上がります。そして暗記に最も効率的な方法が以下の3つです。
①ガムを噛む
②声に出す
③体を動かす
ガムを噛みながら勉強することの有用性は以前のブログでもお伝えしました。脳の活性化に有効なので勉強前に必ずガムを噛みましょう。自宅ではガムを噛みながら勉強したとしても怒る人はいません。
そして他の場所で出来ない代表的なこととして挙げられるのが声に出すこと。これも音読の有用性についてお伝えしている通り、見るより書く、書くより声に出す方が記憶への定着がしやすいです。暗記問題は必ず声に出しながら覚えましょう。裏を返せばノートやプリントに書く作業をする必要がありません。
最後に体を動かすことで脳だけでなく体中の筋肉も動き、体に記憶させることができます。スポーツをやっている方なら分かるかと思いますが、一度覚えた動きはその後は何も考えなくても勝手に体が動くと思います。体が覚えた動きは筋肉が記憶し、脳を介さず動かせるようになるので、特に覚えにくい歴史や理科の暗記問題などは劇団員のように動きを付けてみましょう。動きとセットで覚えることで頭で忘れていたことでも身体の動きから記憶を呼び起こすことができます。この時代の出来事はこんな動きをしながら覚えた、という暗記法を繰り返し行うことでより効率よく暗記していきましょう。
以上のように、外では出来ないことが自宅では気兼ねなく行うことができるのです。結果自宅で猛勉強した生徒の成績が上がる仕組みが理解いただけたのではないでしょうか。ワークやプリントをひたすら解くだけの嫌な勉強法とは打って変わった、動きながらの勉強法は思いの外楽しく出来るかもしれません。自宅で勉強が捗らない方は是非一度試してみましょう。
