テスト週間にするべきことは〇〇を整える！
こんにちは！川口市の学習塾【個別指導塾KCE】の樫田です。
埼玉県の中学校では毎年6月に埼玉県学校総合体育大会、通称『学総』が開催され、3年生が部活動で最後の大会に挑みます。
この時期は学校の授業も少なくなり部活動中心の生活となるので、勉強が二の次になります。
しかし、この学総が終わった直後に待ち受けているのが期末テスト。実にタイミングが悪いことに、大会で結果を出せば出すほどテスト期間に大会が被ってくるので1学期期末は部活動に熱心な生徒ほどテストで点数が取れなくなる傾向にあります。
しっかり勉強と部活の両立ができていればもちろん成績を上げることも可能ですが、どうしてもテスト勉強に取り掛かるのが遅くなりがちなのがこの時期です。
気が付いたらテスト〇日前！という状況になっていることも考えられますので、そんな時にやってしまいがちなのが
一夜漬け
です。テスト直前に遅くまで起きて勉強する。そのままテスト当日を迎えるとどうなるか。それは睡眠不足による集中力の低下です。直前にたくさん勉強しても、十分に睡眠がとれていない状態では集中力が下がり、ケアレスミスや度忘れが多くなります。
それに加え、1日に10覚えることしかやらなかった人が急に1日で100覚えようとしても不可能です。つまり直前で焦ってやっても無駄なのです。そのため塾の先生は早い段階から準備しておけと口酸っぱく言うわけです。
テスト直前にするべきことは一つ。
生活リズムを整える
ことです。睡眠不足、体調が優れないなど身体の状態が良い状態でないと人間は最大限の力を発揮できません。
テスト直前、遅くとも3日前からはしっかり食事を摂り、起きる時間と寝る時間を決めて元気な身体でいることを意識しましょう！
