という認識になってしまっている中学生が大半です。テスト前にテストに向けた勉強をすること自体は当たり前なのですが、テスト勉強＝テスト一週間前にやるものという意識が染み付くと、それ以外の日に勉強しない習慣がついてしまいます。
テスト週間以外もテスト前と同じように勉強する必要はないにしても、テスト前だけ勉強する習慣がつくと必ず
時間が足りない
という問題にぶち当たります。あまりのテスト範囲の広さにテスト前だけでは全範囲を網羅するだけの時間が足りず、提出物をこなすのに精いっぱいになったり、捨てる単元や捨てる科目が出たりと、最高のパフォーマンスでテストを受けることができません。大事なことは
日々の勉強
です。常に『分からない』が無い状態を維持し、テスト前は軽い復習だけで全ての単元が解けることが理想です。そうすることで暗記の確認や出来なかった問題の解き直し、細かいミスの確認に時間を割くことができ、テストで最高のパフォーマンスを発揮することができます。
塾に通っている生徒も、テスト前に集中的に授業を入れて詰め込むより、毎日1時間ずつ塾で勉強し、1時間自習する習慣を付ける方が安定して高成績を取ることができます。勉強への向き合い方を再確認しましょう！
